Yoga Fundamentals is for those with no yoga experience, the beginner, athletic individuals looking for cross-training and students who value additional insight into the practice. This class is also perfect for anyone who seeks movement different from their regular routine. In this class we teach the basic foundational poses to facilitate body awareness. The class will start with refining the breath, followed by combining breath with movement. Students are not required to be “bendy” or know yoga philosophy, only a willingness to experience ease, humour and delight.
