This program will explain the requirements of the Yoga Alliance 200 hour training to ensure what’s important to you is incorporated into the training you are considering. From there, it’s an unique opportunity for the aspiring teacher to grow a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding for upcoming teacher training, making the training more meaningful and relevant. For anyone wanting to learn principles used by yoga instructors, studies available include posture elements, philosophy, mantra, pranayama and mudra. Programs are individualized and collaborative. Pricing is an hourly rate or part of a workshop fee.
