Review for Mentorship Program

As a new teacher struggling to find my voice, I joined Chantelle’s Teacher Mentorship  program. Chantelle spent countless hours working one-on-one with me, taking my practice as both student and teacher to far greater depths than I was capable of reaching in my teacher training. By generously imparting her vast understanding and application of anatomy and alignment, precise and concise cueing, and creative approach to vinyasa sequencing, Chantelle has empowered me to step confidently into my practice as both teacher and student.

Randi (2018)

You love your yoga class and are inspired by your teacher. You’re wondering if you could share your passion by becoming a yoga instructor. Or maybe you want to delve deeper into the fundamentals of a yoga practice to help you create a meaningful home practice. Which ever it may be, where would you start your inquiry, allowing you to develop and perhaps teach an ancient practice that weaves together art, science and philosophy?

This program will explain the requirements of the Yoga Alliance 200 hour training to ensure what’s important to you is incorporated into the training you are considering. From there, it’s an unique opportunity for the aspiring teacher to grow a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding for upcoming teacher training, making the training more meaningful and relevant. For anyone wanting to learn principles used by yoga instructors, studies available include posture elements, philosophy, mantra, pranayama and mudra. Programs are individualized and collaborative. Pricing is an hourly rate. Contact Chantelle for further details.

Review for Pre-Teacher Training Program

In addition to being an amazing yoga instructor, Chantelle’s wisdom and guidance was instrumental in my decision to take my 200hour YTT. After giving me the gentle nudge to explore YTT in the Edmonton area she answered many questions and provided insight on what to look for in a teacher training program. Her continuing support throughout my training is also proving invaluable. Thank you, Chantelle. Namaste.

Intensives are a series of classes created around a specific theme or intention. We use this approach to unpack and deeply explore the very nature of our relationship with ourselves and yoga.
