Sunrise Vinyasa Post-Practice Social

Saturday, March 21

Sunrise Vinyasa has become a ritual for many kula yogis – and we couldn’t be more grateful. That’s why we’re organizing a post-practice social to celebrate the arrival of spring and connect off the mat. Details are

Sunrise Vinyasa from 8-9:15am. Book your spot.

After class, we’ll meet just up the street at Studio Bloom for a delicious and delightful post-practice social. The Wildflower Cafe, which is part of this charming shop, offers beverages and yummy baked goods. There’s also lots of free street parking.

To make the day extra sweet, pre-order the Sweet Kula Sunrise Bouquet created by Studio Bloom, and pick it up during breakfast. See the website for photos of their beautiful floral work as well as other lovely items for purchase.

About the artwork: Dance Like No One is Watching oil on canvas by BC artist Dana Irving. West End Gallery is hosting Ms. Irving this coming weekend, March 14 from 1-4pm, with an exhibition through March 26.
