A restorative class for beginners, experienced, the Type A, the injured and the recovering

The two most common reasons people seek out yoga is to get strong and to get quiet. This is a restorative practice that will integrate relaxing breath work, soothing stretching and meditation. The intention is to get quiet.

Feel free to bring a comfortable sweater, blanket, socks and eye pillow. If you have a favourite meditation cushion, bring that too.
