Sweet Kula Yoga

invites you to unfold your mat

and step into your authentic Self.

Each class is an opportunity

to explore yoga, lead by a teacher

who honours your practice intentions.

Mostly, we want to

create community, a kula,

where we grow

and share our yoga.

Chantelle McNichol

Founder of Sweet Kula Yoga
Humble Instructor

Every class I teach, I feel blessed to share my passion and reverence for the practice.

Namaste. I began my yoga exploration in 2004.  It was a time to centre myself while raising two young children with my husband. Running was my go-to, but the physicality and grace of the practice captured me. Now, yoga influences every aspect of my life and nudges me to think, speak, act with kindness and honour everyone I know and meet. My yoga is a commitment of faith, vigour and memory (Yoga Sutra I.20).

I am an accredited 500 hour asana instructor, training with Yoga Alliance accredited teaching schools.  My primary training focus is vinyasa.
