Co-hosted by Sweet Kula Yoga and Studio 124 Pilates

September brings the end of summer and the [slow] slide into fall. Sweet Kula Yoga and Studio 124 Pilates are happy to co-host a social on Sunday, September 22 from 2:30 to 3:30pm.  Warm Belly, Warm Heart recognizes at this time of year our bodies need warm foods, especially the beautiful bounty of root vegetables grown locally. This is your chance to share a favourite and nourishing recipe of the autumn season and collect a few new ones. Bring yourself, a recipe or two and, if you like, a donation for the Food Bank. Recipes will be posted to the website for everyone to enjoy.
